Therapies
Care that understands the whole you
Therapy is more than a conversation – it’s a collaboration.
We believe that healing and growth unfold when people feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood. Our practitioners meet each individual where they are, combining compassion with evidence-based approaches to help them move towards meaningful change.

Our goal is to create an environment that feels calm, human and real — one where you can explore challenges, strengthen self-understanding, and develop the tools to live at your best.
Our Therapeutic Philosophy
We combine the art and science of psychology to address emotional, cognitive and relational wellbeing.
Our psychologists draw from a wide range of therapeutic frameworks to create a plan that’s as unique as you are. Sessions are collaborative and guided by what matters most to you.
We value:
-
Respectful, non-judgemental care
-
Connection and collaboration
-
Integrity, empathy and balance
-
A focus on lasting outcomes, not quick fixes
We believe therapy works best when it’s grounded in both knowledge and compassion. Every client, every story, and every session is approached with genuine care and curiosity.

Who we support
We offer therapy for children, adolescents, adults, couples and families, addressing a wide range of needs:
-
Emotional wellbeing – anxiety, depression, stress and mood regulation
-
Behavioural concerns – impulse control, attention and social challenges
-
Relationships and family – communication, parenting, and reconnection
-
Trauma and adjustment – recovery from grief, loss, or past experiences
-
Personal growth – confidence, self-esteem, motivation and resilience
-
Life transitions – career changes, identity development and major life events
Our practice environment is intentionally non-clinical — surrounded by gardens, creative spaces and warmth — allowing adults to feel calm and children to feel safe and engaged.
Our Therapeutic Modalities
Our clinicians use a broad and integrative range of therapies to suit diverse needs and preferences:
-
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) – identifying and reframing unhelpful thought patterns
-
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) – building psychological flexibility and self-acceptance
-
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) – developing emotional regulation and distress tolerance
-
Schema Therapy – addressing long-standing emotional patterns
-
Mindfulness-Based Therapy – cultivating presence and calm
-
Play Therapy – helping children express and process emotions through play
-
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) – processing trauma and distressing experiences, rescripting our negative self belief to helpful, healthy knowing about ourselves
-
Yoga Therapy – integrating movement, breath, and mind-body awareness
-
Animal-Assisted Therapy – fostering comfort, trust and engagement
-
Family Systems Therapy – improving communication and understanding within families
Each plan is guided by professional expertise, creativity, and ongoing reflection — ensuring therapy evolves alongside your growth.
