Vanessa Ng
Educational & Developmental Psychologist
“I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become.” - Carl Jung
Vanessa is a Registered Psychologist with a deep commitment to supporting the wellbeing and developmental needs of children, adolescents, and their families. She holds a Master of Educational Psychology from the University of Melbourne and has worked across clinic and school settings, providing therapy, assessments, and parent support. She brings warmth, playfulness, and genuine care into the therapy room. Her approach is guided by the belief that behaviour is a form of communication and that meaningful change begins with understanding a child’s unique strengths, needs, and experiences.
Vanessa works with children and young people presenting with a range of presentations including anxiety, emotion regulation challenges, low mood and self‑esteem, behaviours that can feel confusing or difficult to manage, and neurodivergent needs. She also partners closely with parents and caregivers, offering support that strengthens connection, co-regulation, and resilience within the family system.
