Nina is a qualified life coach, psychotherapist and counsellor who specialises in working with adults, adolescents, and their families.


Nina brings insight and experience accumulated through working across a range of industries to her role supporting clients from all walks of life identify, explore, and resolve the personal challenges they face. Nina uses a warm, motivating, holistic approach and encourages people to embrace their strengths and gain perspective as they move towards achieving their goals.


Nina is a proud mum of two beautiful children, one of whom is neurodivergent, and this personal experience further fuels her passion for working with young people, and their families through associated parental work, to provide them with practical strategies and communication skills which enable positive change and encourage them to bloom.


Nina’s work as a Positive Behavioural Support Practitioner allows her to bring support to families with disabilities and neurodivergence. These skills combined with her counselling techniques provide caregivers and parents the chance to find strategies to improve the quality of their lives.


Her consultation day is Wednesdays via Telehealth.
