Michelle is a Psychologist and Family Therapist. Over the past thirty years, she has worked in not-for-profit organisations (disability services), government departments, corporate services (counselling and employee assistance) and private practice. In order to further enrich and deepen her work with individuals, couples and families, she completed a Masters of Family and Systemic Therapy in 2024.
She has a particular interest in post traumatic growth and evidence based somatic approaches to therapy.
In her time outside of consulting, Michelle loves to spend time with her family and friends, practice yoga, walk in nature and read about psychological and personal development.
Her consultation day is Thursdays.
