Tyson has worked in various settings including inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, disabilities, forensic psychology, health psychology and general private practice. These experiences have awarded Tyson with a comprehensive insight and understanding into an extensive range of mental health difficulties and necessary treatment options.
Tyson is passionate about empowering individuals to take control of their lives and achieve a more meaningful quality of life, which often means establishing a better work/life balance. He has a particular interest in acute psychiatric illnesses and the psychological management of persistent pain and other physical health conditions. He is an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society and is a member of the Australian Pain Society.
