Hypnosis

Hypnosis is a natural state of intense deep relaxation and concentration, similar to the relaxed state that we experience between waking and sleeping. The person is not asleep or unconscious, but fully aware of sensations and surroundings. They are, however, much more receptive to therapeutic suggestions than they would be normally.

Hypnosis is one of the most powerful methods for mental and physical relaxation, anxiety and stress control. Hypnosis has proven effectiveness in helping clients change their behaviour, cognition's and attitudes. Trance can be used to work directly with the sub conscious mind, to modify perceptions and cognition's promoting rapid thought and behaviour change.
