Our therapists work to facilitate clarity about the issues their adult clients face, and show them a path which will lead them to a happier and more harmonious way of living.   Our aim is to assist  individuals  who need to reclaim control of their life and re-build their self-confidence to create the life they deserve.
From the moment we are conceived and born, our bodies are like a computer, fully recording all experiences.  Each experience will formulate an idea of how we view ourselves in relationship to the world and others.

In each experience we make a decision, conscious or unconscious, about who we are in that experience. We formulate and build ideas and beliefs about ourselves - are we:
  • safe / unsafe
  • lovable / unlovable
  • worthy / unworthy
  • capable / incapable
Each new experience confirms or refutes a past belief.  This gets programmed into our hard drive and develops our core concepts of self.  If these beliefs are helpful or positive they builds a healthy, confident self, resilient to take on life challenges - and we can be our own very best friend.
If we have gathered negative or unhelpful beliefs about ourselves, we can struggle and become anxious and depressed when rising to the challenges life has to offer.  We can be our own worst enemy. These patterns of thinking, beliefs, old scripts and stories about ourselves can be re-scripted through therapy.

Until we discover that we are the author of our own story, we can't truly embrace the power that we all have to create and experience what we want in life.  There are so many exciting therapies that can support people to re-script and define themselves cognitively, emotionally, body/mind and on a cellular level through neuroplasticity.
